I received my delivery date, which was set by the company, and that was alright. Took a day off from work and just waited around. There was zero communication from them; I tried to call but couldn’t get through. They mentioned an issue with their phone line in an email. Then I got a message saying the vehicle had broken down. Now I’m stuck deciding whether to take more time off work or just cancel the order altogether. This whole mess could’ve been avoided if their team had just communicated better. I wasted an entire day without any plasterboard or insulation for my project, and now I either lose pay by taking another day off or deal with folks who don’t seem to care, all to see what works for them. Overall, it’s just really disappointing and could’ve been easily fixed with some decent customer service.

The way this company communicates is really impressive. Items arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. They did send one wrong product, but they quickly sorted it out.

I placed an order on short notice for a particular delivery date, and it went smoothly. Communication was great, and the price was pretty competitive.

The service was just terrible. They went ahead and canceled my order without even reaching out to talk about it. When I tried to get in touch, they wouldn’t deliver to my place, saying there was no access, which is totally wrong. They also wouldn’t let me provide a different address for delivery. The manager I spoke to was really rude and didn’t help at all.

The lorry driver was totally clueless about what he was supposed to do and ended up unloading the wrong stuff for me. I had to step in and tell him what to take off the truck. After that, I even had to assist him in reloading someone else's materials. His English wasn’t great, which made things even trickier.

Super helpful and nice folks. They got in touch and sorted out issues fast. Definitely recommend!

Awesome deal! I reckon they partner with various companies, and since they purchase in bulk, they score a better price. The delivery service they chose reached out to me right after I made my order and set up the delivery. Everything went really well, and I’d definitely use them again without a doubt.

I had no trouble locating the product on the site, it showed up just like they said it would, right on schedule. The delivery driver was super nice and polite - honestly, what else could you ask for!
